Jim and Raquel Bloom have been members of InnerCHANGE since 1995. They are based in the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis Minnesota having pioneered the team and serving as team leaders from its inception until 2019. Jim also served as U.S. Regional Director from 2011- 2018 and as a member of InnerCHANGE's Micah Steering Council from 2008-2018. Raquel served as team leader of InnerCHANGE's Local Leader Service Team for most of her tenure from 2007-2018.

Presently, Jim and Raquel are the point people for InnerCHANGE Minneapolis. Their on-the-ground ministry involves pursuing gospel movements among the poor and immigrant communities in collaboration with a network of gospel movement practitioners.

They also are members of InnerCHANGE's Horizons team which "stewards the emergence of new teams and new initiatives in InnerCHANGE through a catalytic team of complementary leaders." They are primarily involved with mentoring new team leaders and helping to develop and implement curriculum for these new leaders and teams.
